Refund Process
To request a refund, customers should follow these steps:

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Proof of purchase
- Wait for a response from R Shane Beer Art acknowledging the refund request.
- Return the artwork in its original packaging and condition, along with any accessories or instructions provided.
- Ship the artwork to R Shane Beer Art at the address provided by customer support. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
- Once the artwork is received and inspected, R Shane Beer Art will issue a refund to the buyer’s original payment method.
Refund Exclusions
The following conditions are excluded and do not qualify for a refund:
- Custom or personalized artwork.
- Artwork that has been damaged, altered, or modified in any way.
- Artwork that has been personalized the customer’s name or initial
- Artwork that has been damaged during transit.
- Artwork that has been purchased at a discounted price or as part of a promotion.
- Downloaded media such as books or audio.
